You can chat directly with the outgoing tenant, arrange viewings, ask questions, and when you're satisfied, we'll facilitate the handover with the property owner.

No! You just need to be the current tenant with permission to find a replacement. We'll help you facilitate the handover with your landlord.
You'll need to provide your move-out date, apartment details, photos, rent amount, and your contact information. We'll verify everything before posting.

Our verification process includes ID verification, property visits, photo verification, and landlord confirmation. We also conduct background checks on all users.
We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfers, and card payments. Payment is only required after a successful handover.
